The movie Caught In Time was produced by Emperor Motion Pictures, and stars Wang Qianyuan and Daniel Wu, as well as Jessie Li and Michelle Wai. The story of Caught In Time is set in Mainland China in the 1990s. In the absence of advanced criminal investigation technology at that time, policeman Zhong Cheng, played by Wang Qianyuan, faces the brutal and violent gangster Zhang Sun, played by Daniel Wu, and his criminal gang, the "Eagle Gang".
