Past information>>The Lantern Festival, that follows the Chinese New Year, is a time of peace, sharing, and festivities. In an effort to express gratitude towards elders on this occasion, the Emperor Group recently held a private screening of the movie Endgameat the Emperor Cinemas of Emperor Group Centre in Beijing. Elders from the Yong'anli Community of Jianwai Street were invited to watch the movie together, to celebrate the Lantern Festival and partake of the festive atmosphere.
The movie Endgame embodies dark humor and realism, but it exudes a particularly warm aura. The movie tells a series of humorous stories about the ruthless killer Zhouquan (Andy Lau) and down-and-out actor Chen Xiaomeng (Xiao Yang) who exchange their identities in an accident. The elders from the community enjoyed the interesting plot and were seen laughing heartily at comic scenes of the movie, which set off a warm atmosphere.
