Recently, the Emperor Group Centre was awarded another honor, the  "Excellent Unit of Safe Work" in the Jianwai Sub-district, Chaoyang District, jointly by the Safe Work Committee of the Jianwai Sub-district, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and the Safe Work Supervision Section of the Jianwai Sub-district, Chaoyang District, Beijing.



The Emperor Group Centre is a cluster of high-end enterprises and a gathering and social place for business people on Chang'an Avenue. By adhering to the principle of "putting safety first, stressing the importance of prevention, and taking comprehensive measures in this regard", the Emperor Group Centre has actively responded to the call for a safe work environment, and launched a fire drill in the fourth quarter of 2018. Considering the significant importance of fire safety, the Emperor Group Centre pays great attention to fire safety inspections and fire safety knowledge training for enterprises and employees during National Fire Safety Month and throughout the year, in a bid to enhance everyone's fire safety awareness and protect the safety of employees, guests, and clients.

The Emperor Group Centre has effectively enhanced fire safety awareness and the disaster prevention and avoidance abilities of all employees by means of fire drills and continuing training. Moreover, it has strengthened the existing guideline of "putting safety first and stressing the importance of prevention", in order to enhance every employee’s ability to respond to emergencies and to coordinate with each other in emergencies. It has also continued to improve on relevant existing emergency plans and mechanisms, by which all employees can develop and sharpen their safety awareness and improve their fire protection capabilities, thus laying a solid foundation for ensuring that the Emperor Group Centre can continuously improve safe work management and earnestly continue to complete the necessary tasks to provide a safe work environment.



In addition to actively fulfilling their responsibility for providing a safe work environment, the Emperor Group Centre has also made significant achievements in environmental protection and energy conservation. It was awarded the LEED Gold Certification by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) in the early stage of the project. Adhering to the tenet of green and sustainable development, the Emperor Group Centre aligned with green building standards and created green and energy-saving buildings, thereby making outstanding contributions to energy conservation, environmental protection, and pollution reduction.

The Emperor Group Centre is a multi-functional and high-efficiency building that emphasizes lifestyle and environmental protection. As to commercial brand expansion, there are a host of stores that had been successfully launched in the Emperor Group Centre in 2018. Through precise regional planning, diversified formats, and having the shopping mall focus on delivering an exceptional consumer experience, the project brought together various brands, covering high-end catering, casual coffee, and quality lifestyle fitness, as well as the Emperor Cinemas (the first one in Beijing) and a featured star brand "Chef Nic". In October 2018, the Emperor Group Centre was honored with the award of "6-Star Super A-level Building" at the Beijing CBD Building Quality Certification and CBD Building Alliance Inaugural Conference, promoting business and industry transformation in the Chang’an Avenue area, and offering a distinctive and new experience in urban space.



The emphasis on a safe work environment continued through the start of the new year. In 2019, the Emperor Group Centre will continue to improve long-term safety management mechanism, and carry forward the fine traditions of a healthy and safe work environment.
