To implement theNotice by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality on Further Clarifying the Responsibility of Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP),  Emperor Group Centre has intently responded to the call on epidemic control from the municipal government by preventing and controlling the epidemic disease in all aspects. Since the NCP outbreak,  Emperor Group Centre has cleaned and disinfected all public areas of the building, including parking access, public toilets, elevator halls and other crowded places. We have also increased the frequency of daily disinfection and kept daily disinfection records to create a healthier, cleaner and safer public health environment for employees, merchants and customers, and to provide a worriless environment after their return to work from the holidays.

Take the lead in the fight against the epidemic

During this special period, Emperor Group Centre has immediately set up a team to conduct emergency epidemic prevention, established a series of management and control systems, and taken the measures of “real-name registration for building access and monitoring of body temperature”. With the help of these measures, the human traffic is controlled scientifically and those in the building are kept safe to the greatest extent.

All frontline workers of Emperor Group Centre are properly equipped with protective wears, and they strictly conduct temperature checking of each person entering the building.  Everyone who intends to enter the building is required to have surgical mask on, staff are required to update their health condition on-goingly, with the aim of providing safe environment to customer and people that works in the building.

Intensify Efforts in Prevention and Control to Ensure Safety

Emperor Group Centre spares no effort in doing epidemic prevention and control. We conduct disinfect to all the areas few times a day, and intensify our efforts in epidemic control and prevention for every corner that may be a hotbed of viruses and bacteria. The continuous disinfection and sterilization in different periods deliver a long-lasting disinfection effect, while special refuse collection facilities are provided for masks disposal.

In addition, Emperor Group Centre has also strengthened staff training on epidemic prevention. With a more meticulous and rigorous attitude, the Centre will deliver a good performance in property management and service during the epidemic period, with a view to creating a safe, healthy and orderly environment for the employees who return to work after the holidays.

Pull Together to Overcome Difficulties

On February 10, the leaders from the CBD Management Committee, Jianwai Street and Yong’anli Community paid a visit to Emperor Group Centre for an on-site inspection and to provide guidance on epidemic prevention and control of the building. The leaders highly valued the work done by the Centre, including preventive and control measures, disinfection procedures, personnel protection, posters, and so on.
