Exercise Tips from Will’s Fitness Goddness!

Put down your phone and give yourself 60 minutes to exercise! Does staying at home mean all you can do is lie down? Does staying at home have to be boring? Will’s personal trainers will give you tips on exercising at home. Start exercising, and you too can become a fitness  “goddness” even at home!


Tips: Take a 30-second break between groups of actions,Complete 3 cycles,Drink a bottle of water between groups of actions.

Day 1

1、High knees for 30 seconds   2、Jumping jacks for 30 seconds   3、Deep squats for 30 seconds   4、Kneeling push-ups for 30 seconds   5、Lying on your back and touching knees for 30 seconds

Day2

1、Lunge for 30 seconds   2、Kneeling push-ups and touching shoulders for 30 seconds   3、Deep squats and kicking forward for 30 seconds   4、Jogging and punching for 30 seconds   5、Sit-ups and get-ups for 30 seconds

Day3

Exercising scientifically to improve immunity, and thereby achieving successful epidemic prevention, is the most important thing at present, and something for which each and every one of us is responsible!

Day4

1、Running in place and punching for 30 seconds   2、 Deep squats for 30 seconds   3、Bending-over & climbing for 30 seconds


4、Lunge & (L) knees lifting for 30 seconds   5、Lunge & (R) knees lifting for seconds   6、Bending-over & crawling for 30 seconds   7、Plank for 30 seconds


Considering health as the priority, follow the exercise modules from low intensity, capacity, and frequency up to the medium level to help you return to work quickly and recover your physical fitness.

Day5

1、Bending-over & crawling + punching 8 times for 30 seconds   2、Alternating lunge squats + deep squats for 30 seconds   3、Leg lifting and crunching + arm lifting for 30 seconds   4、Bending-over & climbing for 30 seconds   5、Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
